We all have our own employees. These employees don't speak or complain. They have the ability to multiple rapidly and work even harder. However, at the opposite end of the spectrum, they have the ability to disappear and work less even faster. What everything comes down to, as with all companies, is to make the employees work the hardest and provide decent results. How is this done? Through management. Seeing how we all have employees that work for us, that makes every one a manager. There are good managers and there are bad managers.
