We all have our own employees. These employees don't speak or complain. They have the ability to multiple rapidly and work even harder. However, at the opposite end of the spectrum, they have the ability to disappear and work less even faster. What everything comes down to, as with all companies, is to make the employees work the hardest and provide decent results. How is this done? Through management. Seeing how we all have employees that work for us, that makes every one a manager. There are good managers and there are bad managers. The good ones get the best results and the bad ones...well, don't, except for the occasional lucky ones.

So, Mr. Manager, who are your employees? Every dollar you have! So quit letting them just sit around, and get them to work!

That is what I have decided to do. I am going to put my money to work. I want them to do well, so I must manage them well. The way to achieve this is through continuing education and experience. Both, which I can get every day.
